If preliminary exemption conditions are met, submitted documents will send to the chairman of SIREC or 1-2 designees for considerations the exemption for ethical review.

• If agree for exemption from reviewers, PI will be notified in writing.
• If there is disagreement between reviewers, the research cannot be exempt from SIREC review. The chairman of SIREC or designee will decide to expedited review or full board review.
