Fee rates are as follow:

• Initial Review Fee depends on
• 1. sponsor (Thailand/Others),
• 2. Number of Sites (Single/Multi Sites),
• 3. level of protocol complexity
• Exemption – 5000 Baht
• Modifications/Amendments to Research – 5000 Baht
• Ongoing Review of an Approved Study e.g., SAEs, Protocol Violations – 1,000 Baht
• Acknowledgement of submissions (Safety Reports, final report; etc.) – free of charge
